ZIP codes not listed are quoted case by case. Pallet rate is per pallet, standard 40 x 48 in, up to about 600 lbs.
Cutoff & Delivery Time
Orders confirmed and paid before 3:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders after 3:00 PM are delivered the next morning. Delivery days: Monday to Saturday.
Receiving
Someone must be there to receive and sign. Please give the full address, suite number, gate code and a reachable phone number when you order, so the driver can reach you.
Not Local? Parcel Shipping Instead
Customers outside the local zones do not use this service. At checkout you can choose parcel shipping (UPS / FedEx / USPS). Parcel takes about 3-5 business days longer and costs much less. The fees on this page are for local same-day delivery only — please do not confuse the two.
Terms (Trial Period)
1. Trial period: this service is in a trial phase. Cutoff times, delivery windows, service areas and fees may be adjusted at any time without prior notice, and quoted prices are not a long-term price commitment.
2. The delivery fee is charged per trip to one address and must be paid together with the order before dispatch. Once a driver is dispatched, the fee is not refundable, including for cancellations after dispatch.
3. If delivery fails because no one is there to receive, or the address, suite number, gate code or phone number is wrong or incomplete, a second delivery will be charged as a new trip.
4. Delivery is to the curb, loading dock or building entrance only. Drivers do not enter homes or offices, carry goods upstairs, or assemble or install products.
5. Pallet deliveries: please have your own forklift or pallet jack and staff ready to unload. Liftgate service must be requested and confirmed before dispatch and may cost extra. Residential addresses may cost extra and must be confirmed before quoting the final total.
6. Size and weight tiers follow the zone table. Goods that exceed the declared size or weight may be charged the difference or refused.
7. Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather and carrier capacity can delay arrival; same-day means by the end of the delivery day.
8. Please inspect the goods at delivery and report any visible damage right away with photos. If a shipment is lost or damaged, we will file and pursue the claim with the carrier for you, so the loss does not fall on you. For high-value orders, tell us the declared value when ordering so extra coverage can be arranged.
9. We may decline delivery to addresses that are unsafe or unreachable.
