Four ways to get your goods — pick what fits your order.
1. Local Pickup — Free
Order online and pick up at our warehouse: 1822 Belcroft Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733. Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, closed Sunday. Please bring your order number.
2. Local Same-Day Delivery
Order by 3:00 PM and get it the same day, Monday to Saturday, across the Los Angeles area. Rates depend on distance and load size — see our Local Delivery page for rates.
Money-saving tip: Not in a hurry? Parcel shipping is often much cheaper. Example: a large box runs about $40 by same-day courier, but only about $22 by UPS with 2-day delivery. Pick same-day only when you need it today — otherwise save the difference.
3. Truck Freight — Pallet Orders
For pallet-quantity orders, we ship by truck anywhere in the contiguous US. Freight is quoted per shipment based on pallet count, weight and destination. Pallet closeout deals at the warehouse are in-store only, first come first served, and are not listed online.
Tell us where it is going and how many pallets, and we will check three carriers and reply with the best rate, usually within one business day.
4. Parcel Shipping — Smaller Orders
Smaller orders ship by parcel carrier, with shipping calculated at checkout by weight and destination. We ship to US addresses only. International buyers: please use a US freight forwarder, or contact us before ordering.
